If a plan includes a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged. Once a paid billing period begins, the refund rules below apply.

  • Results not meeting expectations (engagement outcomes vary).
  • Account suspension due to a violation of our Terms.
  • Third-party issues outside our control (for example, LinkedIn restrictions or outages).
